Project Overview

Trividia Health, a major manufacturer in the diabetes testing device industry, issued a product recall after identifying defects in select glucose meters. To support affected customers and reduce friction during the recall process, the company needed a simple, reliable way for users to determine whether their device was impacted. I developed a responsive, browser-based recall lookup tool that allows customers to check their meter’s status by entering a serial number.

Responsibilities & Contributions

• Designed and developed a serial number lookup form for recalled meters

• Built the interface using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for fast load times and broad compatibility

• Focused on clarity, accessibility, and ease of use during a high-stress customer experience
