Trividia Health Recall

I developed a dedicated product recall information page for Trividia Health Inc. regarding a voluntary recall of certain TRUE METRIX® Self-Monitoring Blood Glucose Meters sold under the Good Neighbor Pharmacy® brand. Built entirely in WordPress, the page serves as a clear, user-focused resource that helps potentially affected customers quickly determine whether their device is part of the limited recall (lot KD0746).

Using custom HTML and CSS, I created a clean, accessible layout with prominent callouts, step-by-step visual instructions for locating lot and serial numbers, and easy-to-read warnings about possible LCD display issues. I also implemented a lightweight JavaScript serial-number checker that instantly verifies whether a user’s meter is affected, providing immediate on-screen feedback without requiring a page reload; this gave worried customers fast reassurance or clear next steps. The result is a professional, responsive, and empathetic microsite that balances regulatory clarity with user peace of mind, all while demonstrating my ability to deliver functional, polished solutions using WordPress, vanilla JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
